Cookbooks, self-help and some stories that will give you all the feels – these are the books I’ll be making my way through in the near future.
My skin soaks up moisture like a 6 year old’s brain soaks up swear words. It’s always looking for that extra boost of hydration and apart from drinking plenty of water, I also like to make sure I have the products I need to keep my face and hair vibrant and non-parched. Here’s a little run down of my personal hydration station.
Like your boyfriend who says he needs some ‘time apart’, Summer is already half gone baby! So let’s make the most of the time we have left with this mighty fine weather. It’s literally time to start making plans for New Years (ice-cream on the couch anyone?) which means the year is just gliiiiiding on by. Here’s a little round up of the things I’ve been loving in the month of August. I was tempted to just write ‘snuggling a packet of chips in bed’ which although would be a pretty accurate description of my month, possibly wouldn’t make for an interesting post. So here’s the OTHER stuff I’ve been into…
Crank the heater, brew some peppermint tea and dive into some fresh sheets with a bloody good book. It’s winter time baby and what better way to get through this hellish season then to snuggle up and read? That’s where I’ll be until conditions improve and these are the books I’ve been hiding away with recently:
The weather here is colder than your ex-girlfriend’s heart, so here’s a list of things I’ve been loving in the colder months. Snuggle up with an energy efficient heater and a cup of organic Matcha and enjoy!
