Yay to love, yay to marriage, yay to my friends honeymooning in the US and bringing me back allllll the cheap make-up!
I warned you that this make-up haul was on it’s way and I’ve finally gotten ’round to laying it down on keyboard. There’s a few newies and some things I just had to repurchase, so let’s take a look inside the black and white striped bag of dreams!
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla x 2 – If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times – this stuff is what cover-up fantasies are made of. I absolutely adore how well this product covers blemishes and redness without looking cakey or dull. A little schmear of this magical wand will have you looking flawless in a jiff. Holy grail product fo’ sure!
BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Moonstone – Giiiirl you just gotta have a little shimmer on the tops of those cheekbones and this product is the perfect amount of shimmy, shimmy for all occasions. This BECCA gem with give you the ‘glow of 1000 green juices’ in no time. Moonstone is also a perfect shade for the paler ladies out there with no yellow tone in sight.
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara – Another holy grail – this is the lash maker that wont quit! Thickening, lengthening and jet black, this will give you something to flutter at your work college in the dapper blue suit. Exactly what you want in a mascara really and also nice and buildable for a dramatic eye on a night out.
Benefit Hoola Lite – Another great product for pale skin, I’m excited to see if this one gives me enough of that faux bronze glow!
NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Vanilla – The younger cousin of my favourite Radiant Creamy Concealer, this potted concealer is causing a real hoopla around the beauty blogosphere. I’ve heard this new NARS wonder is perfect for under eye and spot concealing, so let’s see what all the fuss is about.
NARS Audacious Lipstick in Annabella – When I spotted this radiant shade on one of my fave vloggers I knew it just haaaad to be the next lippy in my well excessive lipstick collection. Sure, I have Lady Danger which is pretty damn similar but this was just a thing I had to do for myself. You might not understand me, but you don’t have the right to judge me. K?
Let me know if you’ve tried any of these products. I’d love to hear what you think of them!
Until next time… That’s what she said.
