3 new things.

Being an individual of the female variety ain’t cheap, especially on those occasions when you seem to run out of all the things at exactly the same time. This happened to me on the weekend so I popped into town to replenish the ol’ make-up supplies. Here’s what I got…

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer really is the crème-de-la-crème of cover-up concealers. This gem provides some hefty coverage for blotches and blemishes without giving you that cakey look no one wants. There is something in this formulation which provides for a lovely luminous finish. A little bit also goes a long way with this stuff which is great given the $44 price tag. The shade Vanilla is a perfff match for me.

When we’re talking about covering up those dark circles, the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Treatment Concealer really can’t be beat. I love the spongey applicator and the thin consistency which does absolute wonders by making me look like I have had 2 more hours of sleep than I actually have. Another plus side of this product is that it doesn’t crease, which is a must for under the eyes. You really can’t say a bad word about this product especially considering you can score it for 19 bucks at Priceline.

I finally, finally ran out of Brow Zing from Benefit so I decided to try something new. Given Benefit is churning out some super popular brow products and I was crazy impressed with my last Benefit brow product, I decided to pick up the Precisely, My Brow Pencil in shade 4. This is a ultra fine defining pencil which is pretty rad as you can kind of get the natural look of individual hairs. Plus with 6 shades to choose from you are bound to get a good match.

That’s it for my latest make up purchases. I’d love to hear which make-up bits you keep buying again and again. Comment below and let me know!

Until next time… That’s what she said.

  1. What are you trying to conceal? Your true beauty! But you can sure sell a concealer to an ageing beauty. Hard to cover those age spots.
